| Due to the fact that many of the records found for Individuals
do not have dates, or time periods, of their service there may be many
who have served post WW II. Rather that leave them out I have elected to
include all who have served in the Military regardless of what time they
served.
Not all soldiers in this New Brunswick Roll of Honour Project were born in New Brunswick, nor did they all serve in New Brunswick Units. Many men came to New Brunswick as adults, to earn a living, or were sent to New Brunswick as "Home Children" from orphanages in Great Britain. These men served in Canadian Military Units and are listed among native born sons. Many native born New Brunswickers were living in other areas of Canada when they enlisted. These are also listed here. |
