    August 18, 1892 - July 1, 1960. Son of William Henderson

    HUGHES, Bernard of Lackwood, Saskatchewan. Veteran of World War I, World War II
    - Born 12 July 1901, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. Enlisted 16 March 1916 Lanigan, Saskatchewan in 214th Canadian Overseas Battalion. Served in England. Discharged 31 December 1918 Regina, Saskatchewan
    - Enlisted 6 May 1921 as a Trooper, Lord Strathcona Horse. Served 39 months in England during WWII as a signals trainer. Discharged 21 February, 1948, Staff Sargeant-Major, Lord Strathcona Horse.
    - Died 20 October 1956, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
    - Medals: European War Medal, 1914-1918; British War Medal for service, WWI; Defence Medal, WWII; Canadian Volunteer Service Medal with Clasp; War Medal, 1939-1945; Army Long Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal.

    NURSE, George Nelson of Wapella, Saskatchewan. Veteran of World War I, World War II
    Born May 28,1893 Peterborough, Ontario to parents Nelson & Allila Nurse. Served with the 28th Battalion CEF 6 Brigade-2 division Enlisted Dec.2,1914 1009336 Discharge Jan.13,1919. WW2 ENLISTED IN Yorkton,Sask. Sept 14,1939 with the 113 Field Battery was dispatched to work for Dept.Transport Civil Aviation Canada. Work at the Sask. Legislation Public Works. His job was at the Information Desk, a job he truly loved. Passed away on Aug.6.1979 age 86 laid to rest at Riverside Memorial Gardens "Soldiers Plot"
