Terms used - - -
- Name of Veteran (as full as possible)
- Rank, Unit, Awards
- Vitall Statistics (place of birth, death, burial)
- Any records of service or civilian life
- Brief family data (Parents, spouse, children)
- KIA = Killed in Action
- DIS = Died in Service (Possibly as the result of wounds, illness, accidents, or criminal actions.)
- WIA = Wounded in Action
